Created in neo-Chinese freehand landscape style, this artwork depicts the scenic Laoshan Mountain and embodies a scene of peace and prosperity. At dawn, rosy clouds unfurl like brocade; birds sing and phoenixes soar gracefully. Mounted overhead in an encircling layout, it invites viewers to gaze up at flocks of birds circling amid mountains. Drawing upon the painting techniques of Yuan Jiang, a celebrated Qing-dynasty court painter, it features elaborate texture strokes for mountain formations. The birds are rendered in traditional gold-dotted silk embroidery, integrated with hand-painted wallpaper and modern craftsmanship. Measuring 25 meters long and nearly 3 meters high, the scroll contrasts motion and stillness with layered void and solid forms. Soaring birds beneath the rising sun carry an auspicious message: virtuous talents unite, guided by virtue and cherished by all.
