3. Pricing Confirmation
The price of a custom piece is determined by factors such as design complexity, size, and materials. After discussing your requirements, we will provide a detailed quote, and once both parties reach an agreement, we will proceed with signing a contract to ensure your interests.

4. Design Approval and Revisions
Before production begins, we will provide a design sketch or 3D model preview (if applicable) for your approval. Minor adjustments (such as line positioning or texture details) can be made during the initial design stage; major revisions may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon.

5. Payment Terms
Custom orders require a 50% deposit through our website platform to confirm the order. Once the piece is completed, we will send you a photo of the finished work for approval. The remaining balance will be due upon your confirmation, after which we will arrange shipment.
Note: If the order is canceled before shipment, the deposit will not be refunded, so please confirm carefully.

6. Return Policy
As each piece is uniquely customized, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork is damaged during transit. We will carefully inspect each piece before shipping to ensure it meets quality standards.
