Jie Zeng, known as Zengzeng, is a quilt artist and commercial interior designer based in Songzhuang, Beijing.With 18 years of design experience and 11 years of quilt study, she brings a sensitivity to structure, colour and texture to her textile art.
A student of internationally acclaimed quilt master Molly Hamilton-McNally since 2018, Zengzeng draws inspiration from her cultural roots in Guizhou and traditional craftsmanship. Her award-winning work explores the meeting of spatial design and the warmth of handcraft, and has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in China.
